The ASIP-2 follows the successful ASIPP of which several thousand units were shipped into more than 70 countries around the globe. All client feedback from field and laboratory testing together with newest cutting edge technology contributed to the development of ASIP-2.

ASCO-DAQ2 is an easy to operate but versatile, single-channel Acoustic Emission (AE) system well suited for many process monitoring applications and others using burst or continuous AE. ASCO-DAQ2 is a data acquisition module in a rugged box which houses the well proven Vallen AE Signal Conditioner (ASCO P). Connected to a PC using the standard USB 2.x interface the 4-channel data acquisition module samples APK (Acoustic Peak Energy), ASL (timely average of the logarithmized AE signal), external parameters like stress, strain, pressure, temperature, etc at a programmable sampling rate and stores the data to file.
ASCO-DAQ2 comes with ready-to-use powerful AscoDaq software package for data acquisition and analysis including automated monitoring and alarm modes.

Maintaining user-friendliness and reliability, the Vallen AMSY-5 offers largely improved speed and flexibility:
Over 30'000 AE-hits/s, over 2.5MByte waveform data/s, continuously to HDD, data acquisition under Windows 2000/XP, easily combine multiple AMSY-5 to form a large system.

Systems
Fully digital multi-channel AE system series AMSY-5. Multipurpose AE system for any AE application. 1-254 channels possible, coming with complete set of software.

ASCO-P: Acoustic Signal Conditioner
A low cost analog AE device for use with any existing standard A/D board. Designed for integration into existing test setups, easy to use because it is threshold independent.

LSM1: Leak Sound Monitor
Handheld for acoustic emission investigation, well suited e.g. for leak testing.

Preamplifiers
Preamplifiers optimized for the use with AE systems like the AMSY-5, AMSY4, and AMS3. Can also be used with other AE systems or stand alone. Adaptations for different applications, e.g. tank floor testing, available.

Sensors
A wide range of passive AE sensors from 23kHz up to almost 2 MHz are manufactured by Vallen Systeme GmbH. Resonant sensors, wide band sensors, high-temperature sensor, sensors with integrated preamplifier; and more.
All sensors can also be used for pulsing.

Tools for AE equipment test and verification:
The Vallen Sensor Tester VST is a tool to quickly verify the performance of AE sensors.
The ACAL3 is a generator of artificial signals for system calibration and checkout.
Vallen SysVeri is a software tool easily and quickly to verify your AMSY4/AMSY-5 system.

Software
Advanced software for the acquisition and analysis of AE data using the digital AE systems AMSY-5,AMSY4, and AMS3. A converter for dta-files is also available. Additionally some spin-offs from our software development are offered as freeware.
