How to get help
Regarding software questions the first source of information and
support is of course the extensive online help-system. Inside
Vallen software pressing either the <F1> key or clicking on the
help buttons provides context sensitive help in any program.
Please send us feedback the help is not comprehensive enough or if
you like other information added.

If you do not find an answer to your question using the help-system you may either
contact your local representative (if any) or
support@vallen.de.
Software problems
In case you discover a software bug, please refer to the online help
under the keyword
‘feedback/bugs’ to provide all the information required to fix that bug as soon as possible.

Support on AE testing
General information regarding AE testing can be found either on the Vallen AE-Suite CD-ROM,
in the help-system at ‘FAQ’ (frequently asked questions), or at the FAQ
section of our web site. There is also an Acoustic Emission
section which offers introductory articles and links to other AE related sites.

You might also request the free Vallen AE-Suite CD which
comes besides full software with about 100 MB of documents in PDF
format about products and applications.
